Hi there

I cant exercise either at mo...I think you would do well maybe doing Water arobics, I use to do that, was fab, but had to stop all exercise for the mo(been couple years)lots corrective surgery etc, However if your in a reasonable healthy position to walk as you do, then I would go to your Local gym, they really do try and accomodate people with our probs, be honest with them and say that you have R.A., and that you need gentle exercisse etc...

good luck, lets us know how u get on

by the way, think us lot all put on weight, ive been on a diet now for a couple months, lost a bit, and feel happier

take care
Jill

I go to aqua aerobics every Wednesday morning and I'm sure the other pensioners are far fitter than me!! lol! I've just turned '40' by the way! But hey it makes you feel better sometimes. You've got to listen to your body and not push it through the limits either.
I've had RA now for about 9 years. I'm going into hospital for my Rituximab infusion in the next couple of months so that helps with lefluonomide and prednisolone.
