No idea Helen. Pins and needles are usually to do with blood flow, so it could well be the inflammation restricting it. I do know that psoriasis/PA sufferers (i'm one also) have a higher risk of heart disease (amongst other things), we should get checked out for it yearly. You should really get this checked out by your GP, perhaps book a double appointment so s/he has time to google it properly. I hope i havn't alarmed you, the number crunching medics don't know the cause of the higher risk of heart disease/diabetes. It may well be due in part to the historical reliance that chronic pain sufferers have on alcohol etc.. Good luck, Chris Does a gentle massage help?
