Subject: EATING GREENS

Hi Everyone

Just wanted to share with all my fellow arthritis sufferers eating plenty of greens can keep the inflammation at bay for e.g drinking broccoli juice with cucumber, or powdered barley grass in juice mix basically any green food just add it to your diet!
