Just wanted to introduce our new hydrotherapy service located in Central London, at University College London Hospital, run by two senior physiotherapists. Those of you who are not aware, hydrotherapy is exercises in warm water and is a great way to exercise especially if you are in pain, finding it difficult to exercise on land or just enjoy the heat (water temperature maintained between 34-36 degrees) for muscle relaxation and joint pain relief. Though I think the benefits of hydrotherapy are wonderful, and the UCLH pool excellent, I am sad to see private sessions being offered in an NHS facility but not available to all on the NHS. Also, you should not advertise your services on here. It is not allowed.
