Subject: arthritis of the left hip

hi ive just joined the forum today and I would like any advise please I have arthritis of the left hip and for the last few weeks its been given me a sharp pain in my inside the top of my leg I can feel my self limping a bit as to try and not put to much weight on it my job entails a lot of walking has any one have any remides I can do to give me a little relief please!!!!!!!!
