hi kazz, we're in a similar situation as my partners doctor still hasn't sent off his report 8 weeks after dla requested it and yesterday dla told me they would be making a decision without any medical evidence!did dla see any kind of medical evidence or did they make a decision without it?...VERY frustrated as we saw the doctor about 3 weeks ago and they marked it as extremely urgent

hi hun only my medication and what id wrote and turned me down but then i said how can you make a descision without medical report..gp then sent report and i also had just won my appeal for esa and i sent that too and then i got a yes you are entitled just goes to show asking for a reconsideration does work good luck vicki dont give up x

we've still not heard anything and its been in from the first week of March....my partners illness is stressful anyway but coupled with the extra cost of going backwards and forwards to the hospital etc, its really putting a strain on our relationship...am terrified he's not going to get it:(

believe it or not, the damn doctor STILL hasn't done the report!!so nothings happened Kazz, thanks for asking though!his consultant at the hospital hasn't filled his in either, i know they are really busy people but all this time??its a joke

still heard nothing and they have received the doctors report and they should've received the consultants too by now...it went to the decision maker on the 13th June...and despite it been months now they don't seem in any rush to sort it oput
