did you talk to the CAB , they are the people to help with appeals etc , you could phone DWP & ask them why you been turned down

ive rung them asked them to look at it again as i still havent had my mri scan resultd and my gp has not sent in her report so annoyed

Kazz, you should go to CAB and you really need your gp to write you a letter. How can they make a decision without all the information?
I would appeal but you must get all the information to-gether for the appeal. Are you under a rhumy team if you are ask them for a letter.

i foned them ask for a reconsideration to be done told then i cant make a meal with these hands i cant even hold a knife to chop stuff ...and as for walking asked me how far i walkwivout pain i told them masybe 5 steps im always in pain ... grrr so annoying the dla letter is still on my gps desk ive had a mri on my lower back lumber/scaral 2 weeks ago thats still not back i have bloods done becouse of the methorexate every 2 weeks last ones not back i feel like im running around in a circle plus ive got my esa appeal wednesday probably get a knock back off them too even thpou i was awarded 9 points a year ago at medical and ive got worse im just really fed up with the system all together marlene x
