Hello Marlene, Hope you are doing OK!
I have had a lazy Good Friday, I got up stiff and Fatigued, so had breakfast and medication and popped back to bed.
We had a layer of snow here and I felt so cold I thought I would give in to pain and the weather till lunch time.
I recently bought an electric under blanket. On my return from Switzerland last week to that Syberian type, bitter wind. I thought it a good idea and it certainly was.
I just pop it on an hour before getting in and switch it straight off. It is lovely on my lower back pain!
I know we are all tired of this cold, it seems never ending.
It wasn't this cold in Switzerland.
Anyway I hope everyone is keeping warm and not too painful.

Happy Easter to you too Marlene and everyone else on the forum. Sorry to hear that you are stiff and fatigued Emm, I really think this cold is getting to everyone. An electric blanket does sounds a good idea.
My daughter is home at the moment from Spain she goes back to the sun on Monday.
Take care everyone and don't eat too many chocolate eggs. Oh, i've just remembered the clocks go forward tomorrow night. x

I've got an electric blanket as well Emm. I love it! I'm sorry you are not feeling good. I'm not either with lung infection/asthma. Miserable but am looking forward to a nice egg on Sunday! Happy Easter everyone!

Rhona, have a lovely time with your daughter, I did with mine on my visit to her in Switzerland.
It's hard when they live abroad as we would love to see them more.
