Subject: arthrotec+glucosamine??

I have been taking glucosamine for couple of weeks to see if it helps with pains I have been having. I finally went to see my GP today who has suggested X-rays and blood tests and prescribed me arthrotec. My question is - should I/Can I take the glucosamine at the same time?? Any advice would be appreciated.

if arthrotec is ibruprofen then it says on the glucosamine bottle that the glucosamine doesn`t work as well if taking ibruprofen
