Subject: friction syndrome
hi all in January I saw my consultant rheumatologist I explained I had been having some knee pain in the right knee which is where my arthritis is I had xray on both and mri on right I was told I had cartilage change on left and found out yesterday I have friction syndrome on right thankfully no cartilage damage but its cos my left foot wont go flat and my right knee compensates for left foot im relived its not arthritis flare but im tad worried they sending me back to physio but im concerned it will just get worse cos my foot wont go flat
