Subject: I am new to this forum
Hi I have suffered withPA for 3 years taking sulfasalazine for 2 years and methotrexate for 1 year am yet to see any benefit I am in constant agony feet hands knees elbows jaw and back I have also been diagnosed with spondylitis.
I have applied for DLA twice and been refused I am now appealing and due to go to a tribunal in march yet there are other people I know with the same condition who are getting the highest rate.
My condition has worsened so much in the last year I have had to come out of work.
Can anyone give me any advice on DLA or has anyone experienced the same refusal and gone to tribunal any help or advice would be gratefully received as it is really stressing me out and I am scared to go to the tribunal.

hi andrea sorry your suffering and going tho this, welcome and hope all gets sorted for you soon. sorry i was refused once and then given it but many others have been in your position, hope someone can help. x
