Subject: Cramps

Hi, I have psoriasic arthritis diagnosed only 1 week ago. I had problems with my right foot last week and now I'm having cramps in my left hand and legs. Sometimes I had it but not so often as now. Could you tell me if someone have the same problem?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Hermi

I have had serious cramps in my legs - I have AS - and a number of food allergies.

Cramps can be a sign of Magnesium deficiency - Magnesium also plays a major role in calcium metabolism and immune function. Magnesium citrate is the most absorbable. Bonus also is that it is a strong anti-inflammatory. I take it most days.

Hope you can find some relief soon.
