Subject: Osteoarthritis information Help
Dear all, I am currently a third year student studying Product Design at the University of Arts London: Central Saint Martins. For my final project, I have decided to base it on pleasure/ enjoyment of cooking in relation to retired people with Osteoarthritis.
I'm trying to understand the cooking processes, cooking and eating habits and how you can get pleasure from cooking from people with Osteoarthritis. This project is not about designing another kitchen tool to aid those with arthritis, rather it is to increase the enjoyment surrounding the activity of cooking.
