hi Deborah , I use a circulation booster v3 most days , works well & is just a tens m/c , works well with the pains I get in my ankles , which have been part fused if you ever go to a pain clinic they would give you a tens to try , worth a try

Hi, I have used a ten's machine a few year's ago totally useless no help at all. I find a hot shower or bath help's for a short time. Deborah.

Hi Deb, Yes I think you should try the ten's machine you never know it might help you a bit. I was beginning to think that I had lost my memory because I posted on here yesterday but could not remember posting about a ten's machine lol.. Take care Deborah.

I wear the BrodTens which I can really recommend. You wear it as a bracelet with a micro tens device and it just looks like a piece of leather jewellery. I wanted to test and try after a few weeks using it. My pain levels increased again almost immediately. So now I make sure I am not without it!
