hello im new on here ,got diagnosed with arthritis a few years back plus ddd and im on tramadol tablets, now my question is can someone reccomend a lumber back support for one of those days you want a little walk in the fresh air many thanks lee

Lee, i would of thought your rhumy team could help you with this. You could look on line. I have had back surgery and suffer with terrible back pain, I only use a stick.
