Subject: weird question

hi all iknow this sounds like a weird question but has anyone on here heard of or suffer with a condition called plantar fasciitis is it linked to fibro i just wondered cos with fibro people say there is no permanant damage with all the treatment im having i should be able to put my foot to the floor surely? maybe im expecting to much of myself

This is is inflammation of thick tissue on the bottom of the foot. This can be caused by overuse atheletes suffer from this. Good shoes with arch support are helpful.
There is lots of information on the net have you googled???
Have they not given you excercises to do??
Give your self time
We all try to rush our selves to be well again. Put your feet up and try to relax.

its inflammation of the arch tendon of the foot , pretty much anyone can get it , can be painful & take some time to clear because when walking your putting weight on it
