oh laura darling i'm sorry to hear your news. there's nothing i can say to make you feel better but understand your frustration, especially if you expected doctor to say you were fit but occy health disagree.
please try not to be so hard on yourself, it's not your fault you have this illness. but cry all you need until you can face it all again. hopefully life will become easier for you to take soon and i hope the meds help soon.
stay strong darling
lots of hugs coming to you

Hi Laura, at this time you feel angry and we understand why. Scream if you want to anything that makes you feel better.
We all know where you are coming from, but it will all come good eventually. It takes time, it feels like the whole world is against us, when actually your occy health and Gp are doing what they think is best for you. Take this time as a positive, use it to rest and take time for you.
Try not to stress (hard we know) its not good for you. Take Care sweetheart as willis says stay strong.
Hugs xxxx

Hi Laura,

Baby, its not the end of the world!...Everyone is doing what is right for your body to get back to uptimum health...this is really important for you to understand, long term if you're body hasn't rested well and your pains settled, you could have an even bigger and worse flare up, that may cost you your job for good...Has your employer got back to you, what is his reaction to the news?

Laura life is full of hardships my darling, there are people who are in far worse positions than us, at times like this we have to remember them in order to have strength to carry on...Laura at this moment your health is far more important than the job, if you are healthy enough you will always be able to find a job one way or another but if you lose your health completley and become dependant on other people to do the very basics of things for you how will you cope with that situation?...Our health is the most precious gift we've been given, we mut learn to value it...yOu have your whole life ahead of you, there is so much for you to accomplish...Sometimes we must just flow with life and allow 'the man above' to carry us...have faith Laura, all will turn out fine...

Luv and hugs
xxx

Hi Laura, have you spoken to your Pharmacy, they usually are good source of help. Even if its just to tell you what you can and can't take. If you need prescription from GP they will tell you. Hope this helps.

Laura,

Seeing a Psychologist is no big deal...I was sent twice to be assessed for psychotherapy but on talking to me and listening to what I was going through they completely understood my emotional and mental state...All they could do was advise me and asked if I would go on Anti depressants...Personally, I believed I could do better without them...and I proved myself right...they cannot force you to any treatment unless they see the person coming across in an very aggressive and abusive manner, thats when we lose our rights and others take over...

Sometimes it helps talking to someone they may help signpost you to the right people or just clarify that you are in genuine pain and not just thinking it...It is kinda frightening but I can assure you theres nothing to worry about, just be calm and collective and share how you're feeling and why...x
