hi Chrissy

whats the Tribunal for , DLA or Incapacity ?

other question , , do you know what your blood test are like , ie CRP & ESR showing how much your RA playing up + have you got anyone supporting you at the Tribunal like Citizens Advice or Rheumatology Occupational Therapist/ Nurse

most doctors know very little about RA s if you got profession help , it will count a lot

Hi Chrissy , dont know why they are doing this to you , been to three times myself , first was for Industrial Injuries , had Health & Saftey Executive report & they tried to postpone it then but argued against it , there was no way they could go against the report

Realy cant see why they are doing this to you , any old random GP or one of thier own Doctors can go against what the specialist says

all dealings with the CAB have been very good so sure they will win this for you

Thank you again Colin for replying yesterday was the first post I put on here so it was nice I got a reply. My specialist and ot both say the stress this is causing is affecting my health and the money would make such a difference as I could pay for a carer to come in and give my mum a break she should be spending retirement doing her things not looking after me. Thanks again
