1. Smiling makes us attractive;

We are drawn to people who smile. There is an attraction factor. We want to know a smiling person and want to figure out what is so good- Frowns, scowls and grimaces all push people away but a smile draws them in...

Stress can really show up in our faces, smiling helps to prevent us from looking tired, worn down and overwhelmed...When you are stressed take time to put on a smile. The stress should be reduced and you will be able to take action...

5. Smiling lowers your blood-pressure;

When you smile there is a measurable reduction in your blood-pressure...Give it a try if you have a blood pressure monitor at home...Take your blood pressure write down your reading...Than smile for a minute and take another reading while still smiling...Do you notice a difference?

THE MARVELOUS RICHNESS OF HUMAN EXPERIENCE WOULD LOSE REWARDING JOY IF THERE WERE NO LIMITATIONS TO OVERCOME...THE HILLTOP HOUR WOULD NOT BE HALF SO WONDERFUL IF THERE WERE NO DARK VALLEY'S TO TREVERSE!

TO ENSURE GOOD HEALTH: EAT LIGHTYLY, BREATHE DEEPLY, LIVE MODERATLEY, CULTIVATE CHEERFULNESS AND MAINTAIN AN INTEREST IN LIFE:)!

I Like this post, I also believe in smiling. My naughty side, is smile and people look at you like what have you been up to. I do this a lot when people think they are getting to me.
Seriously life is far too short to spend it crying over what you think should have been or why is life doing this to me, why not me it happens to others and sometimes far worse.
I am a glass half full person rather than a glass half empty.
Yep I have pain every single day and Yep life can be difficult for me when I want to do the things I used to do. I have also learned new things. When I had to give up work I did a computer course, and hey ho I now chat to all of you, this is a bonus, you all feel like friends I have known forever.
I was able to bring my Mum to live with me after my Dad passed away, if I had still been working this could never of happened, so everything I believe has its reasons. So shrug my shoulders (if I could LOL) and smile get on with it all be strong and most of all like bsk says do a lot of laughing. Ummmm reading this back it sounds a little deep but it is not supposed to be.
I always try to live each day as happy as I can. I would hate my friends and family to stop visiting or calling because I am a misery full of self pity.
I am a rich person in I have a great support network and three great kids and three fab grandchildren and another on the way, and two lovely daughter-in-laws. Sorry for ther ramble hope you are all well xx

Do you know guys, I keep getting this urge to watch 'Laurel And Hardy' movies...as a child I watched them often, they were side splitting, classics...No-ones ever made anything to their level as far as I'm concerned...

You know bsk, I really can do with a good laugh tonight...Laughter as they say 'is the best medicine:)!'

Marlene, thank you for sharing, loved your post, you are a person after my own heart...So blessed to be amongst so many good and courageous people...hugs...x
