Hi Suze, I know how you feel, i have been having the same problems. I'm also on MTX along with other drugs, I am going to be starting a new biologic drug very soon, what one are you on? I have had R/A for years and the last 9 months have been a nightmare, I hope you feel better soon and don't apologise for moaning, i do it all the time, sometimes a good moan helps, lol. xx

hi Suze , with long term condition like RA some mild depression goes with it , pain & lack of sleep dont help some over the counter products help , just be careful , like St.Johns Wort can interfering with other drugs good luck with the Bio's & hope they make big differance to the arthritis
