Hi Davina, I have been reading the posts but have been in so much pain lately I just don't want to bore you all with it. I hope you are all sorted now. Yep overdoing it as usaul. Had a couple of days out and have paid for it but it was worth it.
Two of the grandkids are in America for hols with mum and dad.
Well Davina I got a picture message on phone this morning that had me in tears in a split second it was a baby scan due in October. My youngest son and his wife have one daughter she will be 2 in JULY. They had such an awful time to get their first child I wasn't sure if they would have a second. I am so pleased for them and of course me!!!
Davina I hope you will be giving me this news soon fingers crossed (if I could).
I hope your little family are all well.

Please bore away lol. No I mean please tell me about it I'm always here to listen. This weather is terrible lately so horrible. Pain is there and no not sorted at all will be seing rheumy at end of month and hopefully he will be supportive but we are doing it anyway. So happy there is some good news for you and hope the pregnancy goes well for her. I will let you know when anything happens but waiting til June.so all meds.are out of.system to make sure. Yes my family are well just wish I was to but either way I would be the same so there's no point waiting. I keep that smile on anytime I leave the house so most as fouled just so they don't see the real pain. Wish you a happy easter. Xxx

Hi Davina and BSK, I know i can chat to all of you at any time, but when my pain is real bad I am the type of person that I just like to be left alone. My family also just step back they are used to me LOL. Davina, I am so glad you have decided to do what is best for you, nothing can compare with having a family. I hope your rhumy understands your decision,if he doesn't oh well !!!! You take care x I wish both of you a lovely week-end. I will be resting this Easter hubby working all week-end.

Hi Davina, had to come off full dose of enbrel and waiting to start half dose with different injection. Had a steroid shot to keep me going but it's beginning to wear off.Trying to stay positive :) How are you doing? Are you noticing being off the meds? Hope you both have a good Easter. Shame about the weather lol! An excuse to loll about watching dvds I think.

Only me!! I am home alone just as well, my pain thanks to the weather is through the roof.
I am going to shower clean pjs and curl up on the sofa until my daughter arrives later to-day.
My dog bless her is following me everywhere amazing that they have this great sense of mum seems fed up.
Well on the positive side I won £50 on the lottery. I could of done with a few more noughts on the end lol.

Hi Davina, well its 10.30 the day done and my pain is a bit better but I think its all the painkillers. I have a foggy brain to-night,I hate having to take so much pain med but what can I do???? My daughter came and bless her, she walked the dog planted some bedding plants that have been just sitting there.I made dinner for us all and it was a dish I first came across in Cyprus....Kleftico, we all over ate, but hey ho it is Easter, no chocolate so I have sort of been good LOL.I hope you enjoyed your day!!!

hi marlene its 11.10 and i have had a horrible day and 2 morrow doing nothing, visiting is so tiring these days. your daugther is lovely, glad she was there to help you and sorry your having to take all pain meds.

bsk yes i am noticing and pain is extream somedays so bad i just want to stay in bed and have no energy but its for a good calse. hope your pain slows and the enbral kicks in soon x

HI davina, sorry you had such a bad day. Sometimes doing nothing is good. I have to say to-day I am nursing a pain med hangover, my head is thumping along with all the rest of the pain I am trying to get on with stuff. The trouble is we were so spoilt with the early spring. This cold damp weather is now punishing us with extra pain and shutting us inside again.
Oh well never mind so it goes on sorry to moan but i feel a little bit down again to-day.
My hubby is working another 12hr shift so we only get to see each other for a couple of hours a day. I know we are fortunate that he has work but at 60 he is finding a bit tough now.
Enough of my tales of woe.
