Subject: Shooting pains in wrist.

I was diagnosed with RA (which is in my wrists) last October. Things have settled down nicely with MTX and oral steroids. Stiffness and pain are now minimal, however the latest thing to happen is that I am getting shooting pains in my hands. What is this and has anyone else out there got it?
