Subject: fibromyalgia ruining everything
i cant take it anymore its unfair having this stupid fibromyalgia its ruining my whole life i cant do anything like i used to because of the stupid syndrome i wanted to do an extra shift tomorrow at work but because i feel so shit i have had to let everyone down at work. I feel so dam useless

I know Laura it is unfair, i hate having r/a but try not to let it get you down too much, when you have an inflammatory disease you really have to pace yourself and not do too much at the one time. Try and focus on what you can do and not what you can't. Your health is more important than your work so don't feel that you have let them down,if you are in a lot of pain call the hospital and see what they suggest. take care xx
