Subject: Fed up

I'm so fed up with stupid fibro flare up it's driving me mad I now have pain in my knee the dodgy one with fluid. Came on suddenly this afternoon don't know whether it's fibre or arthritis

Does anything help with the pain? I feel for you, does anything help to distract, even say watch tv or listen to music when you feel down? Hang in there, rest the knee, some pain killers, let me know how you are getting on. Take care

Hi I'm ok I just get fed up I take nurophen or solphadine I can only. Take them three days at a time I'm on diazepam at night I need to get more on Monday everything aches my hands mainly if I hold my book too long its painful as I speak I'm holding my iPad and it's hurting I will be phoning rheumy again monday
