Subject: DLA
Hi I am new to this forum and was wondering if I could get some advice. I have suffered from p.a for about 6 years, I recently became a lot worse and am having to use cruches for chronic achillies heal pain. I have filled out forms for DLA but am a bit unsure about sending them as I might get better again. Anyone got any help for me please

Send them off. You need the support now and they will probably reassess you in a year or two in any case.

As bsk said send them off. If you should feel at a later date you are not needing any help you can inform them of change in circumstances. Take Care.

Hi Annette I am going to look back and see if I can find a post from Dilizjo a while back as this has info you may find helpful. Dilizjo is unwell at the moment and is not posting just yet. I will bump it up for you if I find it. I am not sure myself what happens.

Good for you, there are so many posts on here about DLA.If you go to top of page and put DLA in search box, lots of info in the posts. I would say it will be delayed somewhat due to the holidays. As you say fingers crossed. i would cross mine as well if they wasn't so painful. I'll cross my feet instead for you LOL. Take Care.
