Subject: spina bifida occulta & arthirtis

found out year ago i was born with spina bifida occulta also dislocated hip ( i knew) now have arthirtis

i tried for dla last year got turned down didnt appeal as had family promblems at the time & forgot to appeal

now trying again for dla what do you think my chances are ?
