Subject: Nanohap

Hi, just wanted to share my experience a bit. I have had problems for quite a long time. One of my relatives lives in Latvia and advised product called Nanohap (www.nanohap-int.com). There was an interview in TV with the developer and persons who have been taking it and she thought maybe i could get relief from that. So she ordered and sent it to me. I took it for 3 months and i have to say - i feel better. After first month the change was not that big but after second i already noticed changes. It's not magic but at least i really feel the difference. It has been 2 months now without intakes and the condition is more or less as it was after 3 month course, things are still better than 1/2 year ago. So if You are interested You can try and share was it any help to You as well. Maybe someone has tried already? 6 months ago they did not deliver to UK (worldwide) but now they do.

That's why I asked for feedback... i am better now. Maybe my condition improved because of some other reasons but i can't imagine those right now.

Hi Agnija

Not supposed to advertise products on here! However, I checked it out and the web page says the essential element is calcium!! Of course, the translation from Estonian may have been a little hit or miss. Nonetheless, as far as I am aware, calcium doesn't make your joints feel better but, of course, we all know it helps prevent osteoporosis. My advice to you all is to get it prescribed from your gp. lol!

Went to Fuertenventura Canary Islands. The warm weather between 70 and 80 degrees and cool breezes is great for OA and RA. I saw a guy who does fab massages at a good price and he knew just by looking at my 7" scar on my back exactly what op I had done. I can't afford such luxury here its far to expensive. The island and its people lots of ex pats is so chilled it rubs off on you. I think the combo of it all is just a med in its self. Now back to the damp and cold and stresses I'm just waiting for all the pain to start again. I had so much pain and swelling before I went away Dr put me on steroids I was a bit I have OA he was concerned that that the swelling was out of control. So my hubby decided when i was feeling a bit better to go away and rest. It was a real tonic. Hope you have been keeping well. Its nice to catch up with every one this site kinda feels like friends you have known for years. Take Care X
