My first slow release injection was brilliant, started to work within hours and gave me 12 weeks of freedom from pain and stiffness. Unfortunately the 2nd one didnt really do anything. The rhuematologist said this sometimes happens. I will probably ask for another one soon and see how that one goes, if it doesnt do anything I wont be trying another one.

It depends how much "Inflammatory" you have.

I had 4 full body ones but as my condition wasnt Inflammatory it did bugger all.

The only one that worked was the one right through the middle of my kneecap
