Subject: ESA Tribunal won!
Hi, I have read this forum and many others on numerous occations, but never commented. I am new to the forum.I have Rhuematiod and Psoriatic arthritis in most of my joints, diagnosed 2 years ago, had to give up work in December as I found it increasingly hard to walk/concentrate and not fall asleep at my desk! Applied for ESA, went for ATOS medical in March, yes you guessed, scored 0 points. My tribunal was this morning and I wanted to share the good news that it was overturned by the judge and I was awarded 24 points...result! I was put in the support group and also given a regulation 35. My advice after months of worry and pain to anybody turned down for ESA after a ATOS medical, appeal and fight your ground. All I have to worry about now is my surgery in 2 weeks to both my feet/ankles!! If I can be of help to anyone going through same thing, Iwill be happy to.

Hi Diane, great news it is a pity that you had to go through the long stressful process of going to a tribunal though, I was lucky I managed to get mine overturned via the ESA DMs so didn't have to do the tribunal. Once again cogratulations:)
