Subject: PA and travel insurance - any top tips please?
Hi - I'm lucky enough to be heading off on holiday and I'm now worried that I should be declaring my PA on my travel insurance as I am now taking Enbrel injections and worry about infections etc (I'm going to Bali). Has anyone any advice on do / don't declare and a recommendation for a good travel insurance company??? Thanks very much Lisa

Hiya Try a company called InsureAndGo, they did a brilliant travel insurance for my 75 year old mother who suffers a fair range of health issues when she went to America last year, it proved to be a lot cheaper by far than the other companies I tried. She also self injects and this was no problem. I hope you enjoy your holiday, take care.

Shouldn't be a problem getting insurance for holiday.I would advise never go abroad without insuring your self properly. Declare anything that could be an issue and need proffessional care. By the way have a fab holiday.

in march/april this year i went to philippines on business. i declared illness on insurance and it wasn't too expensive. But def agree with marlene and declare it as that is surely worth a few extra £'s to know you'll be covered if anything does happen happy holiday xxxx

Hi Jean, I Google Travel Insurance for over Sixties. There are lots of companies just fill in the details and you will know straight away the price. Happy hunting. Have a great holiday.
