Subject: osteoarthritis

Hello I'm Jacki and new to all of this.I've recently had a knee wash out and was told that I had osteoarthritis and was bone on bone and this meant i would need a new knee. I know that I can only have this done once and it will last for 12 years. I'm only 56 and don't know whether to have it now and make the most of my 'youth' or to put up with it as long as possible. What do you suggest and what can i do to help myself? e.g. I've heard about emu oil (any comments?) and what kind of exercise helps? I've read lots but many contradictions and so I thought I'd ask those who really know. Thanks for your time. Jacki

Before you do any surgery try something "natural" like a powerful "liquid" vitamin / mineral supplement like VEMMA. I know someone who avoided surgery by taking VEMMA. Great for relief of pain. Packed with anti-inflammatory nutrients and antioxidants. Will increase antioxidants in blood by 10%,have double blind studies to prove it. Go to www.TrySomeVemma.com

To James McClintock,

I took a load of your messages of this forum yesterday - could you please stop trying to sell your products on this site, it is just not the place to do it.

To everyone on this forum - please be careful if you decide to try any of these cure-all products. I have had arthritis for 30 years and have been running groups and forums for 15 years and in that time I have not encountered one person (including me) who has gained any real benefit from these kind of products. At best they will make you waste your money and at worst they could interfere with your current medication and make you much worse - especially if you come off medication or put off having surgery you need.

Sorry to sound so negative but it really makes me mad how many people try to cash in on vulnerable people who are desperately looking for relief from a very painful condition and are willing to try just about anything.

To Trina,

I will gladly stop offering any type of relief to you and anyone else suffering the pain of arthritis. It makes me just as mad when someone refuses to look at anything to see if it has any scientific bases to its claims. Just keep your head in the sand and I'm sure the pain will go away some day. I can see why you have never found anything to help your condition.

Trina, there are many things out there in the world today that actually do help with arthritis pain. Some of them are completely natural and can also be taken in conjunction with current medication. People have to be educated in new remedies in the marketplace especially if they are proven to work and help the quality of peoples lives. It does not cost anything to read about a product especially if it the best selling in another country and gives a full refund if not totally happy with the results. Elmore Oil does this. Why? It works for pain relief. Google it and find out more for yourself.
