Subject: any1 tried etodolac for pain med
hi all well hi have changed gps and went to see my new doctor and wow what a difference i can now see my gp when ever needed knowing he understands without having to waait 6months at a time to see my rhummy with all my arthritis issues anyway been struggling alot with pain so my new doc has took me off celecoxib and perscribed etodolac also on loads of other meds. anyway i have looked them up on the net and they seem to be the same as celcoxib so will there be any change in pain if there both the same.

hi kylee thank godness you have found a gp that will see you at the drop of a hat, that is so helpful since my surgery as done the same. i think the new pain meds may work as different chemicals in different meds may help, not sure tho as i'm not medical trained i just know some meds suit some and others don't t/c

Hi Kylee :) I tried Etodolac, they were the first anti-inflams my Rheumy prescribed me. They did nothing for me. I now take celecoxib which whilst not brilliant I find better. Funny how one thing works for one and not the other. I hope they work for you and you get some relief. Take care.

thank you for all your comments i will have to wait to try new meds as i left the perscription in my jeans and they went throught the washer lol so gonna have to gask for another hopefuly they will give me another perscription
