I was recently diagnosed with psoriatic spondyloarthritis. My confidence in my psychical abilities has been somewhat shattered after poor response to NSAID's. I've been taking sulfasalazine recently and I seem to be responding well to it. Is it possible to get to a point with treatment where you are able to push yourself physically, or should I always resort to low impact activity? What kind of activity has anyone here been able to get to after successful treatments?
