Subject: got letter through from rheumatologist

hi everyone i got a letter through from rheumatology today and am quite worried its the same letter that has been sent to my gp to. it says that ana test for rheumatoid arthritis is 180 is that positive or negative and rheumatoid factor less than 10 has anyone else here had these if so i would appreciate some advise thanks
