okk then take some vitamin B12 supplements and have some walk. It will help circulation n your feet and ease your problems. make sure you don't take much of alcohol.

And one more thing. Stay away from processed food. fast food, radiation and contamination. Take as much natural supplements as possible. Eat lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Hi Sandra, I also have PA and have suffered for years with hot burning feet so much that you walk around the house in bare feet, I used to soak my feet all the time in cold water, but then I found the gel shoes from Avon they are fantastic just keep them in your fridge and sit with them on your feet when they are realy bad ( ooh its heaven ) hope that helps. take care x

i have buring feet at the moment, cant stand socks on and at nighttime my feet are never in the cover or the husband thinks ive hidden a hot water bottle in the bed lol. Its very anoying! my hands also burn and swell, the only things if found help are cooling them with cold water and sitting with my feet up where possible. seems to allow the swelling to ease a little.
Lynn B, those shoes sound fantastic, im going to have a look at them :) x

Hi Sandra, sorry a friend of mine sells avon and she is away until Tuesday i get them of her avon book, I can not for the life of me remember the name for them I also have been looking on the avon site and can not find them. All I can do is ask her what they are called when she comes back. They are just like a mule with a velcro fastener they just look like a pair of mules with clear gel inside in the meantime i will keep trying to come up with the name for you on the website. xx
