Subject: Re: back at work ggrrre
I think work is a fine example of how society doesnt understand Arthritis and is afraid of it. The try to do things which they think are best for you but actually with all their amendments and faffing they actually make the situation worse. If you feel ok and you are fine to do visits close to your home or on the way to work then the logical solution would be for you to cover them. At the end of the day, you know your body better than anyone and you know what you can handle and if you tell them you're upto it then they should take your word for it. My work know If and When I return it will need to be reduced hours and they cant throw me back on the phone and give me loads of insurance files to deal with even though they prob will I think companies try and over comphensate in case you have another flare up and say work contributed to it. Most companies are just covering their arses to make sure they cant be blamed or sued for anything. Sadly thats the culture we live in now. People are always looking to blame and sue someone. Keep chin up
