my fingers go numb and have pins and needles every day but i think that is elbow/nerve damage and as i sleep it compresses even more.

There are some exercises that help by stretching the ulner nerve etc. If you use a computer much try and take regular breaks and move your wrists.

The exercises involve a towel wrapped around the elbow to sleep and can limit the numbness if thats what it is otherwise you could be just resting your arms on a nerve and dont realise as my legs get tingly if crossed for while

I get this too and it generaly on waking and lasts half an hour or sometimes more. my consultant said it was tennis elbow (bilateral) caused by PsA but another rheumy told me it might be carpal tunnel syndrome. Either way I haven't been given anything to help. Has anyone successfully treated it?

Push for it as ive only just got a sort of confirmation that its compressed nerve and when I finally see my Rhumy again im going to ask for conduction tests and not all PA
