Subject: this weather is driving my body crazy
this unsettled weather is playing havoc with my joints.Wacking up the pain meds.Hope you guys are all doing ok.Its a bit cooler to-day, dont get me wrong i love the summer but it just needs to make its mind up.I cant remember the last time i had a good nights sleep. Oh well i suppose i need to get used to it.

Just like to add i have a few hours totally alone to-day. Hubby doing 12hour shift, no visitors. So i am having a bit of me time to-day hence all the posts. XX

Yup ... me too. Bloody unsettled weather makes my joints dance the WATOOZIE. It's crazy huh. It's my partner's birthday today. She's also got disabilities that are impacted by changing weather. We wanted to have a bit of a barbeque this evening, but we've been in bed basically all day. Although, I did manage to knock together a beef dinner for lunch. It may well be take away, home delivered, pizza for tea. Best get the pizza out of the way before the diet starts tomorrow.

I have never really liked summer and prefer Autumn and Winter but any change in weather esp how humid it is atm is causing discomfort.
