Subject: what to do?
I have had ra for over 10 years, I am on mtx and enbrel. The mtx is causing bad headahces and the enbrel does not seem to be working as good. I am so tired all the time, have shoulder pain achilles pain and all my tendons seem to be inflames, erosions in teh feet but nothing knew. can ra cause your mucles and tendons to flare? I have to decide whether to switch to remicade? I don't know how to tell if this is from teh ra or fibro? any suggestions?

Hey Becky. I'm in the same boat. Fibro and RA. It's hard to know which pain stems from which really. From what I've read, yes RA can cause inflammation just about anywhere, including internal organs. Such a weird disease. I thought I knew about arthritis till I developed RA. Huh! I knew nothing.
