Subject: Help with reduced swelling,.

Hi, i posted on here a few times.

I have a really bad swollen right ankle due to re-active arthritis. Sometimes it just feels like its going to explode... I'm on sulphazine and occasionaly Diclafenic. Is there anything anyone can recommend i do or take to help with this swelling i'm getting?

If it is really bad your specialist can give you a steroid injection, they really do work quickly. Other than that try ice packs.
