Have you spoken to your rheumy nurse hon. My knees are most badly effected when theyve been really bad like yours steroid injections and having any fluids drained has been so helpful xx

Can your gp refer you to physio?? Acupuncture or hydrotherapy could be really helpful, especially as you have the goal of your daughters wedding? I'm a physio (with RA) and really think it could help.
I hope things get better soon and you can enjoy the wedding crutch-free

Definately recommend steroids for a turbo boost, injections into the knee, followed by rest for 48 hours. Your rheumie should be able to sort it out, give them a call. If your GP is crap, bypass them - I never speak to them about my arthritis - just get my prescriptions! Good luck and try to relax - cant imagine the stress of the wedding is helping either x
