Hi Amy I have been on mtx injections for the last 10weeks and they are so easy, It realy doesnt hurt at all and it only takes a minute to do. I have been so much better on the injections, I dont get that horrible sickness any more, plus my rheumy told me that you actually get the full dose with them. Tablets are broken down in your stomach and you dont actually get the full dosage. Dont be scared they realy are much better. Take Care. x

I'm on them and still get side effects - nausea etc but no where near as bad as with the tablets. You can generally take a higher dose and tolerate it. The injections are easy to do and dont hurt as much as my Humira. Sometimes you do get a bruise but there's cream you can get prescribed to fix it!Were you on MTX tablets previously? Good luck and dont get stressed hopefully it'll help! xx
