Subject: dnt need to read just needed something to do lol
hi all just thought id come on here and read through some posts and try and kill time as i am now on day 2 of non smoking and finding it so hard tonight as i usualy smoke loads when i am in pain which i am today. i hope you all had a great xmas my little girl loved it we bought a big chocolate coin thats about the size of a side plate and left it on the stairs for her to find in the morning we told her santa had dropped it. she thought it was great only she wont open it has she wants to give it him bck lol.
i seem to be getting on with the anti depressants for the nerve pain even though it doesnt seem to do oat for the pain it seems to be knocking me out for the night lol
any way just wanted to see how people were and also stop myself from hunting for a fag lol but it did the trick

Hi kylee I think you are doing realy great not smoking, I think if you are a non smoker you dont realy know how hard, and stressful it is to stop.I had to stop myself 3 years ago after a heart attack, and i never realised how hard it would be. I would look for reasons why I should still have the ocasional fag now and then,I did lapse many a time It did take me a long time but i never gave up trying and eventualy i did it and have been fag free for 2 years. So never ever give up trying good luck to you and take care x
