Subject: is soooooooooo sore
hi guys just thought id have a moan as i am in so much pain at the moment a for once its not my ra. i decided to go for a walk with my daughter yesterday and i slipped on the ice and landed flat on my bk (it waasnt funny t the time but do have a grin as im typing this) i now have a very painful neck and my bk is so stiff and painful dnt think i will be walking out in this again havnt been to doctors with it as i already ave appointment for monday so if its still bad i can get him to check me over. any way just wanted to say be careful guys in this weather coz it is very painful when ya have gone over lol

Poor you! Sorry to hear about that. I helped an old lady who had slipped on the ice and broke her wrist and cut her arm on weds morning, I was on my own so had to drag her into her house, get her sat down, warm etc. My back has been awful since! couldn't sleep at all last night. Oh well, had to be done and at least she is alright! You can laugh at me if you like!
