Subject: Hi
I have been burdened with chronic back pain for 12 years and was diagnosed in November, 1995 with spinal stenosis, spinal scoliosis, and osteoarthritis along with other spinal problems. I was forced to medically retire from my teaching career because I could not perform simple tasks on a daily basis. I was often bedridden due to severe crippling pain. I was devastated because I was forced to give up a career that I dearly loved at the age of thirty-five. Many bouts of depression ensued. I have lived with various levels of crippling pain for 12 years. After trying every pharma drug available I turned to natural remedies that have helped me tremendously. It took a lot of trial and error but I finally found something that works for me, no side affects and I no longer walk around like a zombie anymore. There are some good alternatives out there but the key seems to be in finding the one that works for you. Regards, Jackie

Jackie, You sound like me. In fact I'm having to quit my job as a massage therapist because my spinal stenosis, and arthritis is debilitating. Please tell me the alternative therapies you used. I know that everyone has to find out for themselves, but as you know it's expensive. I would appreciate your regime. Maybe some of it will help me. I'm glad you're doing better
