Hello I have had psoriasis for 25 years about 13 years ago I thought it was starting to clear up but it developed into arthritis. I have pain in my back between my shoulder blades and in the lower back. I also have pain in my left hip, at first the psoriatic arthritis showed itself in my finger joins but it took a long time for it to be diagnosed. For the last three years I have been having trouble with my eyes they are very dry and the left one feels like I have grit in it, after seeing an optician on three occasions I was given steroid drops then given glasses to wear. But now that I have looked into this problem more carefully I have found out that arthritis sufferers can have problems with their eyes. I have also been having problems with headaches in the last two years I find that my head seems to be vulnerable to cold, I have always have the psoriasis in my scalp and now when it gets cold it feels like my head is swelling, I have taken to wearing a hat and I also wear in to bed this seems to help. Can you get psoriatic psoriasis in the skull? By the way my optician says it might be possible that my arthritis affects my eyes so I was probably miss diagnosed when it came to wearing glasses. I also find that when my psoriasis flares up at the bottom of my spine my hip becomes very painful and I find it hard to walk. Has anybody else had symptoms like these? If so please let me know Richard

Hi I also have PA and suffer on occasions with dry gritty eyes. I also have scalp psoriasis when cold my scalp tingles and feels tender. I suffer with inflammed sacro-iliac joints which causes great pain on movement especially in the hip and groin. Your not alone. Anne
