Subject: Tendondinits -all over what helps?

i have had all over but it is still lingering in my lower arms and hands mostly.Does anyone found anything that help them best?It is annoying me me as i'm trying to overide it so i can get on with things

I use warmth, either heat packs or warm showers and gentle streatching but some times the only thing that helps is my pain killers. Have you spoken to your doctor to have a injection.

Hi lonnie
thank you for your suggestions you use.Iv started wearing fingerless gloves which helps a bit.Till the a certain area is massively imflamed been told there isn't anything can be done yet.
Did you have injection? thank you for replying may blessings shine upon you this new year 2008.
