Subject: psoriatic arthritis in lower spine (sacrum)

hi there, i'm having a really bad flare up of PA in my sacrum at present! due to go to Bulgaria in one week exactly and wondered if anyone had any top tips i could use to ease the pain and spasm, I couldn't walk for 2 days but am now mobile but in incredible pain! got a full spinal MRI on Saturday which i hope is going to be the trigger for TNF injections. Tried Celebrex with no effect. I'm popping meds left right and centre from tramadol, diazapam to oramorph for the pain.........HELP!!!! xxxxx

I would ask for a depe-medrone injection if I were in your shoes(if it is appropriate for you to have one). It might help you get to Bulgaria.
