Hi lesley. I don't know about the laptop but I use a wavy, split keyboard at work and it helps a ton. The keys are positioned in such a way that you don't have to move your fingers around the keyboard much and you don't have to press down very hard. I could only find a Microsoft ergonomic keyboard but it was £60 and then, by chance, found the same one on amazon for half price. Can i recommend also you ask to see an Occupational Therapist. They provided me with thumb splints to use when typing as I found my thumbs are affected the most. They can also recommend other things you can do and equipment that you can use (and they can sometimes supply you with these) to help with other day-to-day activities. Lou x
