Subject: Just Diagnoised - Help Please

I am 30 years old and was dx Spondylosis and Osteocondrosis mainly affecting the lumbar spine at 14. I have now started with Central pain and have been told I proberly actually had Juvinile Arthritis? can this lead to adult onset??. I am on Tramadol, Ibuprofen and Diazepam and also using a tens machine. Any more adivce? thanks Faye

I have a tender breast bone - both sides - had it for years. They said it is costochondritis?? I have just obtained a Tens machine and I couldn't bear the 'shocks' I was getting from it and had to take it off. How is yours?

I found the tens really helpful once I had got the right setting, can you change the settings on yours?
